  • HUAMANI

Pisco Huamaní is a distilled spirit that became a passion passed down from generation to generation since Don Ismael de la Quintana produced the first bottle in 1890. However, after the land expropriations of the 1970s, Hacienda Huamaníand its famous distilled spirit were forgotten. Fortunately, the family revived the hacienda and the production of Pisco Huamaní to continue sharing their passion with the world.

It was on the Hacienda Huamaní, in the Valley of Ica, Peru, that our tradition of making pisco began and thus, the reason for our name. In Quechua, Huamaní refers to the mountain spirits who protected the Incan people and their harvests.

We make our pisco using a 125 year old recipe created by our founder Don Ismael de la Quintana. It is handcrafted in small batches, adhering to the classic pisco pot distillation method practiced in Peru since the 16th century. Bottled on our farm, Pisco Huamani makes its way from our Hacienda to your glass.
